I had a great experience with Sam and the Refresh & Build crew! From the moment I first met him, he was kind enough to take off his shoes, very kind in explaining the process, asking how much I wanted to be involved in the design or have him take the lead (I let him lead). From there I pulled together a [Sensitive Date Hidden], he sent me options for materials and handled all of the scheduling with the crew, inspections, etc. I was pretty hands off with the whole time, and am in love with the result!

Refresh and Build recently completed renovations to my Hayes Valley (San Francisco) condo including a complete bathroom remodel, new floors throughout, new light fixtures, and a several other modifications. I selected R & B because of excellent online reviews and a reasonable initial estimate. In fact, R & B’s bid was about ½ of the other bid I received—for the same job!
